ホテルのロケーションは最高です。値段相応だと思いました。 7月6日にチェックインした日は窓も開けられないような２階の部屋に案内されたので、部屋を変えてくださいと申し出たら今日はいっぱいだから無理ですと言われました。翌朝7時には新しい部屋に変わる事が出来たのですが、前部屋の1,5倍の広さの部屋でした。しかも値段は同じです。もし何も言わなかったらそのままの部屋だったのでしょう。ホテル内のジム器具の4台のうち2台が壊れていました。言ったのですが滞在2週間の間には改善されませんでした。 |

コンベンションセンターに至近、pawell駅からも近くとても便利 夜中まで１階のbarでpartyがおこなれる。参加しない人は騒音になるかも。 |

パウエル駅から近いうえに、ショッピングセンターにも近く至便。モスコーセンターへも近く学会等によい。 道路に面しているので、夜間、救急車や消防車の音がうるさかった。 |

Good location. Free internet. Friendly staff. Only one elevator was working throughout my stay. The TV sets are old and of poor quality. The hotel needs freshening. |

good quality/price ratio; perfect position for conferences at Moscone center. The room was a little noisy, but clean and with 2 big windows. |

Perfectly situated in the center of San Francisco and close to public transport (MUNI, BART, cable/street car). Comfort was good in general except for street noise at night. Our room was on the 7th floor on the Jessie street side of the hotel and it was virtually impossible to sleep without earplugs (which we didn't have). |
