Beds were exceptionally comfortable ! The lifts are being up graded and as a result they were unbearably slow, one of the housekeeping staff kindly showed us the service lift which I then used regularly ! I would have expected to have tea and coffee making facilities in my room. |

fantastic location 1) elevators too small and slow - 2) room was unbearably hot and when maintenance fixed it next day it was worse 3) manager was not professional with regards to honouring price that I booked through booking.com. I had to yell and scream and get very upset while the manager kept saying that booking.com made a mistake and I would have to pay a higher rate - was not handled well at all in my opinion |

location for the rate i paid you should include breakfast. I was a single traveller. if breakfast is included you feel a part of the hotel....as besides the bar the common areas are small.Improve your toiletries...they do not reflect the hotel at all. Also turn down should be included. The extras always go a long way. Ditch the bear and improve your bathroom toiletries. Plus throw in water for everyd |

the location and staff were fantastic, the lifts were frustrating, although they did acknowledge that they are renovating them, one night we waited 25 minutes to get one, only to use the stairs from the 14th floor after a full day of sightseeing. only 6-8 people can fit in a lift at one time and that's provided they didn't have luggage. Not all 3 lifts appeared to be working at peak meal times when everyone was heading out. |

Spacious rooms, bathtub in the suite! Nice location if you want to shop on 5th avenue or see museums (it's just across from the MoMa). Staff nice and helpful. Perfect hotel for f |
